POP-UP DAY!

EXCITING NEWS! We are in the process of designing a commissioned carving (pouwhenua) for our beautiful space here in Lyttelton. It will symbolise protection and the peaceful spirit of the Lyttel Union Chapel.

We have created this POP-UP DAY to give tamariki the opportunity be part of the design process and share their unique input! We welcome their bright ideas and trust the final outcome will be a beautiful weave of what this very special nurturing space means to us as a community.

All Children aged 5-12 year olds are welcome to get their design and artistry skills in action!

We will be welcoming in our expert special guest Lucy from the Whakaraupo Carving Centre to guide the process and spark imaginations.

BONUS: The day will begin and end with our extraordinary CiA WHOLE SELF-CARE Programme (including meditation, yoga, and guided relaxation), and there will be plenty of fun, games and nature play throughout. We can’t wait to see you for this exciting creative day! :)
